What can you accomplish?

36 Sessions, 36 Hours. 12 Weeks.

We are looking for 12 individuals who fit the following criteria to enroll in a 12-week program designed to completely transform your life.

9:00am - 12:00pm
5:00pm - 8:00pm

Contact us if you:

  • Are in the Manhattan area
  • Desperately want to achieve a fitness goal
  • Want to add lean, toned muscle
  • Want to improve your mobility, balance and posture
  • Are willing to be held accountable by your coach
  • Are willing to take before and after photographs, and participate in bi-weekly progress checks
  • Can dedicate 45-65 minutes, 3-4 times a week to our program
