As an active athlete I have suffered many injuries, some serious and requiring surgery. Through study, trial and error I have developed a unique injury prevention and rehabilitation program loosely based on breathing techniques, hypertrophy exercises, stretching and some of the fundamentals of yoga. I have used my techniques successfully on myself and with clients, and I currently use the techniques daily for injury prevention. Whether it's a sore back, poor mobility, or problems with alignment, my rehabilitation exercises will assist in addressing the underlying problems so you can return to a pain free and active lifestyle.
