As your personal trainer, I will conduct a complete evaluation of your current fitness level, your flexibility and movement patterns and any injuries or physical requirements that need to be taken into account in your fitness program. We will discuss and develop together short and longer term fitness goals, and I will formulate a program to assist you to achieve those goals. I will work with you to ensure proper form when implementing exercises. With my supervision we will minimize the risk of injury and maximize the effect of your program. I will motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. Depending on your personal training frequency, I can also assist with programs to implement on your own in-between our personal training sessions.
